Singing Teacher and Performance Coach
_Sarah Croser is a Melbourne based Singing Teacher who has trained and worked in the Australian Music and Theatre Industries for fifteen years. She has studied Singing with many acclaimed Australian, New York and London Singing Teachers. She has worked as a Professional Singer and Theatre performer in a variety of genres including Pop, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Opera, which makes her sought after as a teacher, as she is qualified across many styles. She has taught Voice and Performing Arts for over 6 years for various schools including:
* Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance (Manager of Vocal Department) 2009-2012
* The McDonald College of the Arts (Sydney) 2007-08
* The Australian Institute for Performing Arts (Sydney) 2007-08
Sarah has just taken up the position of Singing Teacher and Vocal Mentor for the Full Time Course students at The Space (Dance and Arts Centre).
Sarah's knowledge of vocal technique is a real passion. She has spent many years studying the voice from a technical perspective, which combined with her performance experience makes her a well rounded Singing Teacher. She believes it is imperative to teach students to understand how the voice works, so they have the skills to develop their voice to it's full potential.
Among other qualifications, Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from WAAPA, and is a proud member of the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) and the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing (ANATS).
Sarah has taught Primary, Secondary and Tertiary/Full time students and is a qualified coach and tutor for the VCE Singing Syllabus. She also very much enjoys teaching adult students of all levels. Sarah offer Singing Lessons from her Studio in South Yarra - Contact Sarah
